Our Washing Process
Our multi-stage washing system is designed to handle high volumes while delivering consistent, high-quality results:
Pre-Inspection
Each item is visually inspected for damage, contamination, or labeling that may require special handling. Damaged units can be routed to our in-house repair team for evaluation.
Debris Removal
Loose debris, labels, and residues are removed manually or with high-pressure air and water jets to prepare containers for deep cleaning.
High-Pressure Wash
Using industrial-grade washers, containers are cleaned with high-pressure, temperature-controlled water. This step removes grease, grime, and particulate buildup from all surfaces, including hard-to-reach corners and seams.
Rinse & Dry
A final rinse ensures all cleaning agents are removed. Containers are then air-dried or passed through a heated drying tunnel to prevent moisture retention and microbial growth.
Final Inspection & Sorting
Cleaned containers are inspected again for quality assurance. We can also relabel, re-tag, or sort containers by type or customer-specific criteria before return.
